Create fellowship around food
Every Sunday night starting in October 1, we will feed 30-50 students plus adult volunteers. Meals are served at 6:30 p.m. There are three basic ways to help:

You can help the Alpha Course by setting up, cleaning up or helping with preparing the meal on Wednesday nights. Meals are served at 6:00 p.m.
Set up begins at 5:00 p.m. and is completed by 6:00. Clean up is completed around 7:00. The meal includes a main course, salad, bread/rolls, and dessert. For details and to sign up, click here. For more information, contact Lyn Nixon.
Help families in crisis by cooking or purchasing and dropping off meals for people in times of need, such as illness or after hospitalization, childbirth, or a death in their immediate family. For more information, contact Kimberly Leister.
Good coffee and refreshments between services encourage us to get to know each other better. This team prepares those Sunday refreshments and asks for a one Sunday a month commitment. Arrive at church at 8:00 a.m. to prepare coffee and treats, keep the coffee cart stocked, and clean up at 10:45. For more information, contact Tina Steele.
This team of people steps up for the "out of the ordinary" types of events that we have at Grace. Whether it is the yearly Chili Cook-off, a HeartBeat class, or serving a cake to celebrate a graduation between services, this team loves to serve on an as needed basis. There is no organizing or cooking needed, just be available to be the hands of Grace as we serve. Contact the church office if you would like to help.
