Space for Grace Campaign Needs Your Help

As 2018 gets underway, you’ll be hearing a lot more about our vision for Grace’s future, including the Space for Grace mission…It really is all about God! Visit the Space for Grace website for more info. 


In the meantime, please consider serving on one of the teams as the campaign gets underway. Check the boxes below, and we’ll contact you to get you connected!

Calling Team:

The Space for Grace Calling Team needs volunteers to make phone calls for campaign events. These volunteers may work from home, with information that will be provided. They will call pre-selected church attenders who have been invited to events — with reminders and questions about attendance. Results of the calls will be entered in an RSVP Log. Callers will be given a start date and a completion date. (Asking for money is not part of this job!) You can contact Dave DeGroot at southarizonadave@gmail.com for more info, or check the box below!

Vision Event Teams:

We will be holding two "Vision Events" in late February and in March that will be intended for large groups of the Grace congregation. These are likely to be dessert settings at Grace and are designed to bring the Space for Grace message to everyone and get them enthusiastic about the campaign. There will be no asking for pledges or donations at these events.


We need helpers to provide input in planning, set up and breakdown for these events. For more info, please contact Amie DeChazal (amiedc@gmail.com) or Jeff Bloomberg (jeffrybloomberg@gmail.com) , or check the box below. They’re looking for at least ten people to help out!

Celebration Event Team:

We are also seeking helpers with the "Celebration Event/First Fruits Team". This Team will be planning and executing the all-church event on Sunday, April 29th, where the congregation meets to return their commitment cards and the grand total of all donations is revealed. This will be a large event including a meal. The Team Leaders for the Celebration Event Team are Patricia Gaither (peteyann@netzero.net) and Jim & Phyllis Austin (jimaaustin@sbcglobal.net). They will need at least ten more volunteers in addition to their current team to assist them.
